KPMG organised on Thursday 23 May, at the FEDACOVA facilities, a conference in which the keys to the 2024 Tax Control Plan and the trends in related-party transactions from a tax perspective were discussed.

The session, which was welcomed by Sergio Barona, Secretary General of FEDACOVA, was attended by a large number of companies from the Valencian Community interested in the issues to be discussed.

The Transfer Pricing team of KPMG, led by Jaime de la Rosa, director responsible for Tax in Valencia and Murcia of KPMG Abogados, addressed issues such as the Tax Control Plan of the AEAT for 2024, the influence of the globalisation of the economy, the evolution of the Transfer Awards ‘Origin’, the litigiousness of transfer pricing.

In addition, there was time to present best practices in transfer pricing.

The session was also attended by Michael Walter, Transfer Pricing and Tax partner at KPMG Abogados; José Manuel Patiño, senior manager of Transfer Pricing and Tax at KPMG Abogados and María Teresa Quiñones, Transfer Pricing and Tax partner at KPMG.
