Indespan is a company founded in 1993 by Carlos J. Bernabé, and has always been characterised by being pioneers in innovation in raw materials in the bakery, pastry and catering sector, both at industrial and artisan level; with extensive experience in customised developments for companies in the sector both in Spain and Latin America.
Throughout these 30 years of experience, this company has innovated to influence consumer health through food, such as a line of powdered preparations for the production of high quality bakery and pastry products that are totally gluten-free in 2011, the bakery line with microencapsulated iron, the line of totally egg-free preparations or the line of powdered preparations to produce bakery products and derivatives with a high protein content.
