FEDACOVA has held, together with the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and the collaboration of DOCUTEN, the training day “IMPACT OF THE DIGITALISATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES ON THE COMPETITIVENESS OF COMPANIES”.
Alicia García-Reyes, from FEDACOVA’s External Promotion Department, welcomed the participants to the event, highlighting the importance of digitalisation in the administrative processes of the agri-food industries due to the positive impact it has on their efficiency and productivity.
In the first section, Laura Solís, from FEDACOVA’s Food Quality and Safety department, highlighted the regulations applicable to the food industry, focusing on the Register of Food Contracts.
Next, Brais Méndez, CEO & co-founder of DOCUTEN, explained the current situation of the agri-food sector, taking into account the current state of digitalisation in the areas of production, marketing and administration. To this end, DOCUTEN can help as a technology company whose main objective is to achieve “paperless” companies thanks to administrative digitalisation. He also explained how the automatic registration of food contracts in the Register can be carried out.
Lastly, Ángel Aparicio, Head of Customer Success at DOCUTEN, explained practical examples in companies regarding the digitisation of processes.
